30 Day Money Back Guarantee Refund
SeniHost provide 30 day money back guarantee, for any reason that you want to discontinue with our service. However, we appreciate your feedback in order for us to improve ourselves.
Terms and Conditions
- Refund does not cover domain registration cost, in condition where domain registration is through SeniHost.
- 30 days is calculated based on 30 calendar days from the date of payment received by SeniHost. For example, if we received the payment on 20th of August, the last day to claim for refund is on (20th + 30 days) 19th September. Claims made on the 20th September thereafter will be rendered invalid.
- RM 2 will be deducted from the refund amount for the fund transfer charge and RM 4 in case of cheque. For refund amount to be automatically transfered to your bank account, you can update the bank account name and number provided in your account profile area.
- For payment via credit card, 6% from the refund amount for the non-refundable credit card transaction fees which is borne by SeniHost. Standard deduction for fund transfer and cheque issuing and mailing still applies as stated above.
How To Cancel Account and Request For Refund
To cancel your account, simply submit a support ticket in Client Portal requesting cancellation of account and request for a refund within the stipulated time period.
99.5% Uptime Guarantee Refund
99.5% uptime is calculated on monthly basis. If in anytime of a given month, you experience continuous server downtime without prior notice, you can submit support ticket in client portal to request for refund. To be eligible for refund under this category, your site has to be an e-commerce based site where you should have a product or service to sell. Refund amount is full month value averaged from your billing cycle.
